Colleen Shopa was raised in the Holmesburg section of Northeast Philadelphia. After graduating Abraham Lincoln High School, Colleen worked as a legal secretary for many years. After she got married, Colleen moved to another part of Northeast Philadelphia and became a stay-at-home mom. Colleen went back to work part-time when her children went to school. Things became full circle when she had the opportunity to work as a church secretary in Holmesburg. In 2021, David and Dana Lambie offered her an afternoon part-time secretarial position at the funeral home. Colleen was able to work both jobs until making the decision to leave her church job after 15 years to join the Lambie team full-time. In her spare time, Colleen enjoys spending time with her family and their dog, cooking with her husband, baking, shopping, watching movies and her favorite TV programs as well as exercising.
