Albert Tchato

Albert Tchato, a man of ambition, courage, and inspiration, left an indelible mark on this world on September 21, 2026. Born in Cameroon on August 19, 1962, Albert's journey was an extraordinary one, marked by a relentless pursuit of his dreams and underpinned by a deep-seated sense of responsibility towards his loved ones. He lived a life steeped in discipline and aspiration, a trait that was evident in his successful career in health care as a reliable and committed RN. Albert's journey led him from Cameroon to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he carved out a fulfilling life, surrounded by his family, who mattered most to him.

Albert was a man who loved life in all its shades. He found joy in watching movies, engaging in his favorite sports–football and soccer, and immersing himself in enlightening reads. His disciplined nature was not confined to his professional life alone; it was a guiding principle that he instilled in his children, pushing them to aim higher, dream bigger, and strive harder. Albert's legacy lives on in his loved ones, each of whom carries a piece of his spirit in their hearts. He will always be remembered as an inspiring figure, a solid rock upon which his family could lean, and a beacon guiding them towards a fulfilling future.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Irene Tchato, and his cherished daughters, Joannie, Nelly, Zita, and Angela Tchato. His family circle also included his son-in-law Fakir Kana and grandchildren Julian and Aziel. Albert was a loving brother to Alain Nana and Gertrude Dambia. He was preceded in death by his parents, Francois Nono and Zita Tchito, and his son, Debrice Tchato.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm Lambie Funeral Home, 8000 Rowland Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The service will follow at 3:00 pm at the same venue. We invite you to join us to celebrate Albert's inspiring and memorable life.
