Margarita C. Kern Obituary (1932 - 2019)

Margarita C. Kern (nee Fischer) age 87 passed away suddenly on December 8, 2019. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph W. Kern, Sr. She was the loving mother of Joseph W. Kern, Jr., his wife Joyce. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Dawn Merz, her husband Dan, Jeffrey J. Kern, his wife Jessica, great grandchildren, Avery, Corey, Emily and Brianne. Marge was the sister of the the late Frederick E. Fischer. She was member of Peace Lutheran Church in Bensalem. She enjoyed singing in the choir and with Centennial Singers, attending Bensalem Senior Center and the North East Senior Group. She worked for many years at Lower Bucks Hospital in the accounting department. Marge had an infectious laugh, loved her grandchildren but most of all enjoyed spending time with her great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to greet her family Monday, December 16, 2019, from 9:30 am to 11:00 am at Lambie Funeral Home 8000 Rowland Avenue (At Rhawn Street). Her service will follow 11:00 am at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest in George Washington Memorial Park with her husband. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Marge's name to Peace Lutheran Church 3900 Hulmeville Road Bensalem, PA 19020 would be appreciated.
