John J. Swallow, Jr. Obituary (1946 - 2017)

John J. "Jackie" Swallow, Jr. age 71 passed away on May 8, 2017. Beloved husband of Geraldine "Geri" (nee Roman) for over 45 years. Loving father of Janine Bruno (nee Swallow). Grandfather of Tyler and Chase Bruno. Brother of Francis Swallow (Ida). Uncle of Julian and Justin. He will be sadly missed by other relatives and dear friends. John was a former Philadelphia Police Officer and retired from the Department of Defense. Relatives and friends are invited to greet his family Saturday, May 13, 2017 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Lambie Funeral Home 8000 Rowland Ave (at Rhawn Street). His memorial service will follow at 2:00 pm. Interment will be private at the family's request. In lieu of flowers memorials to the American Diabetes Association would be appreciated
